This is accompanied by the Herculean task of feeding <span>everyone<\/span>. A rethink and a transformation of agriculture is not yet in sight: About half of the world&#8217;s harvest <span>goes<\/span> to <strong>animal husbandry<\/strong> &#8211; to approximately 1.4 billion cattle, 1 billion pigs, 20 billion chickens and 1.9 billion sheep, goats and lambs.<\/p>\n<h3>A lot of vegetable feed for a kilogram of meat<\/h3>\n<p>It takes about 7 kg of grain (dry weight) to produce 1 kg of beef (live weight), about 4 kg of grain for 1 kg of pork, about 2 kg of grain for 1 kg of poultry. Seen globally, 44% of today&#8217;s harvest would be sufficient to feed the entire world population if the plants were consumed directly.<\/p>\n<p>For these and other reasons, the share of <strong>vegan food alternatives<\/strong> will grow strongly and, according to a study by Kearney, will already account for 18% of the meat market in 2030.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EUROSOY<\/strong> sells <strong>first-class vegetable proteins<\/strong>, which are essential for the production of meat alternatives as a source of protein. Ein Umdenken und eine Umstellung der Landwirtschaft sind heute noch nicht in Sicht: Rund die H\u00e4lfte der weltweiten Ernte wird in der Tierzucht <strong>verf\u00fcttert<\/strong> \u2013 an ca. 1,4 Milliarden Rinder, 1 Milliarde Schweine, 20 Milliarden H\u00fchner und 1,9 Milliarden Schafe, Ziegen und L\u00e4mmer.<\/p><h3>Viel pflanzliches Futter f\u00fcr ein Kilogramm Fleisch<\/h3><p>Man ben\u00f6tigt ca. 7 kg Getreide (Trockengewicht), um 1 kg Rind (Lebendgewicht) zu erzeugen, ca. 4 kg Getreide f\u00fcr 1 kg Schwein, ca. 2 kg Getreide f\u00fcr 1 kg Gefl\u00fcgel. In der Gesamtbetrachtung w\u00fcrden bereits 44 % der heutigen Ernte bei direktem Konsum der Pflanzen ausreichen, um die gesamte Weltbev\u00f6lkerung zu ern\u00e4hren.<\/p><p>Aus diesen und anderen Gr\u00fcnden wird der Anteil der<strong> veganen Lebensmittelalternativen<\/strong> stark anwachsen und laut einer Studie von Kearney im Jahr 2030 bereits 18 % des Fleischmarktes ausmachen.<\/p><p><strong>EUROSOY<\/strong> vertreibt <strong>erstklassige pflanzliche Proteine<\/strong>, die f\u00fcr die Produktion der Fleischalternativen als Eiwei\u00dfquelle unerl\u00e4sslich sind.
